Payment Confirmation

When you book a reservation through our website, Helicopter Tour in Abu Dhabi securely collects and processes your payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, with no extra service or processing fees. Full payment is required to confirm your booking, and the charges will appear on your statement as ‘Helicopter Tour in Abu Dhabi’.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will include all tour details and your voucher for the scheduled flight.

Our team ensures that every reservation is handled quickly and accurately, so you can enjoy a smooth start to your helicopter adventure.

Refund Policy

Please note that service charges and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees cannot be returned once a booking has been confirmed.

No refunds are available once a tour, flight, or service has begun, including any package components such as accommodation, meals, or additional services.

All approved refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used for booking. Certain tickets, including fixed-time coupons, event tickets, attractions, or non-refundable accommodations, are completely non-refundable.

Non-Group Bookings (Up to 3 Persons)

Canceling a reservation with Helicopter Tour in Abu Dhabi will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Additional fees may be applied by the supplier or tour operator — please refer to your voucher for details. You will receive an email notifying you of the total cancellation charges.

Time-Based Cancellation Rules:

  • Cancel 96 hours or more before departure: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancel 72 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

All refunds, if eligible, will be completed within 30 days of the transaction date.

Certain bookings, such as event tickets, attraction passes, or accommodation marked non-refundable, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Group Bookings (4 or More Persons)

For groups of 4 or more, the following cancellation rules apply:

  • Cancel 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel 5 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Refunds for group bookings, if applicable, will also be completed within 30 days.
